What TraderTile is
TraderTile is a journal. It records trades you have already made and shows you statistics about them. It is not a broker, it does not execute anything, and it does not connect to a trading account.
Not financial advice
Nothing TraderTile displays is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. The analytics describe your own past trades and nothing more; they do not predict future results, and past performance does not indicate future performance. Trading involves risk of loss. Decisions you make after looking at your journal are yours.
Your account
An account is created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure, since it is the only way into your TraderTile account.
Plans and billing
- The free plan has no time limit and requires no payment method.
- Paid plans are billed in USD through Dodo Payments. Prices are shown on thepricing page before you pay.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew for the same period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Premium page in the app. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the period you have already paid for ends; it is not backdated and the current period is not refunded. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal.
- Buying again while a plan is still active extends it from its existing expiry date rather than discarding the remaining time.
Refunds
If TraderTile does not do what this site says it does, emailsupport@tradertile.com within 14 days of the charge and it will be refunded. The free plan exists so you can find that out before paying.
Your data
Your trades are yours. On the free plan they never leave your browser; on premium a cloud copy is kept so your devices can sync. Either way you can export the whole journal to CSV or PDF at any time. See the privacy page for the detail, including what happens to the cloud copy if a plan lapses.
Availability
TraderTile is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Because the journal is local-first, the app keeps working on your device even when the sync service does not.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other people's accounts. Accounts doing so may be suspended.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use TraderTile after that means accepting the revised terms.
