The web app

TraderTile's calendar, analytics and journal at https://app.tradertile.com. Signed-in users can also reach this same inbox from Settings → Contact Us inside the app.

The Chrome extension

The TraderTile Chrome extension is a side panel companion to the web app above — it lets a signed-in TraderTile user log a trade without leaving the tab they're on. It isn't a standalone tool: it needs a free TraderTile account to do anything, created at https://tradertile.com. Trouble installing it, the panel not opening, or a trade not saving — this inbox covers that too.

Billing

Questions about a charge, a receipt, or changing plans: same address. See Pricing for what each plan includes, and Privacy for what happens to your data if a plan lapses.
